Is your CBD legal in UK?
Yes. The law, passed in January 2017, says you can buy and use CBD oil derived from hemp when it contains less than 0.2% THC which is then purified to contain less than 1mg per dose.
How much CBD should I take?
Everybody is different. We recommend to start with a low dose 5 drops under the tong for 5 – 10mins to activate the CB1 and CB2 receptors. You can increase this if desired. Larger doses may induce restful sleep.
