Your use of Master Your Greatness™ Without Prejudice (referred to as “MYG™”) website and all products, services, documents and information available thereon are offered to you on your acceptance of our Members Agreement, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping Policy, our Return and Refund Policy and other notices posted on this website. Your use of this MYG™ website, or of any products or services or documents and information presented in any area of this MYG™ website, indicates your acknowledgment and agreement to all our policies herein and all other notices posted on this website. We suggest that you print a copy of each of these documents for your records.

Non-Refundable Policy for Memberships

This Non-Refundable Policy for MYG™ memberships outlines the terms and conditions governing the purchase and cancellation of memberships with MYG™. By enrolling in our membership program, you agree to abide by the terms set forth in this policy.

Membership Enrolment: To enrol in a MYG™ membership, you must complete the registration process and submit the required payment. Payments can be made through the designated payment methods specified on MYG™ website. 

Non-Refundable Nature: All payments for MYG™ memberships are non-refundable. MYG™ does not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including but not limited to participant’s change of mind, dissatisfaction with membership benefits, or inability to utilize the membership.

Membership Benefits: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the benefits associated with your MYG™ membership level. The duration of membership benefits will be clearly stated on the membership information page. After the specified period, access to certain benefits may be terminated.

Transferability: MYG™ memberships are not transferable to other individuals. The membership benefits are intended solely for the registered member and cannot be shared or transferred to others.

Cancellation Policy: MYG™ memberships cannot be cancelled, and payments are not subject to proration. If you choose not to renew your membership, you must follow the specified procedures in our FAQ for cancellation before the membership renewal date.

Modifications and Updates: MYG™ reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the membership program, including benefits, without prior notice. No refunds or credits will be issued due to modifications or updates to the membership program.

Non-Refundable Policy for Courses and Protocols

All purchases of courses and protocols made through MYG™ website are subject to our non-refundable policy. Once a payment is successfully processed, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Course and Protocol Access and Fairness to All Customers: Upon purchase, students gain immediate access to the MYG™ course materials, which include digital content and a dedicated private group for support. This instant access is designed to provide students with a seamless learning experience. Our non-refundable policy is in place to ensure consistency and fairness for all our customers. Please be assured that our team is committed to supporting you throughout your healing journey and is available to address any questions or concerns that may arise.

Course and Protocol Development: Our MYG™ courses and protocols are designed, developed, and updated regularly to provide the best possible learning experience. Your purchase contributes to ongoing improvements and helps us maintain high-quality educational resources.

Course and Protocol Access and Duration: Upon successful payment, you will receive access to the MYG™ course and/or protocol content until the expiration of your MYG™ membership (monthly or yearly). Please ensure that you review the course and/or protocol details and technical requirements before making a purchase.

Transferability and Shared Access: Enrolments in MYG™ courses and protocols are non-transferable. Access to the course and/or protocol content is intended solely for the registered participant and cannot be copied, shared, resold, or transferred to other individuals, privately or publicly.

Technical Requirements: It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the necessary technical requirements, including a compatible device and internet connection, to access and participate in the MYG™ courses and protocols. We are not responsible for any technical issues on your end that may affect your ability to access the course/protocol.

Bundle and Product Return Policy

We are a small team and pride ourselves on our service. We do not offer refunds. However, if the courier damages or loses your parcel, we will honour a replacement. We can offer an exchange if the item is unopened and in perfect condition.

Probiotics are not exchangeable due to the refrigeration requirement.
