Ocean Water 1L

Our seawater is sourced from the pristine Atlantic Ocean waters off the coast of Galicia, directly from the heart of the Atlantic. Galicia benefits from upwellings of deep waters from the North Atlantic Central Water current, which enriches our waters with essential minerals. The marine biodiversity and the richness of our seafood produce serve as living proof of the purity of these waters.

Hypertonic Water (35‰)
This water contains 35 grams of salt per liter. It can be used as a laxative or for oral hygiene. It may also be used as a seasoning at the end of cooking.
Isotonic Water (9‰)
This water contains 9 grams of salt per liter. To create isotonic water, mix 250-200 milliliters of seawater with 750 milliliters of low-mineralization fresh water. It acts as a laxative and helps remineralise the body. For athletes, adding the juice of half a lemon and a pinch of panela sugar makes an excellent hydrating beverage.
Hypotonic Mineral Water (1‰)
This water contains 1 gram of salt per liter. It can reconstitute very weakly mineralised waters with low acidity (pH). To do so, simply add 28 milliliters of seawater to 1 liter of water (1,000 ml).
Recommended Uses:
- Hypertonic (35-36‰): As a laxative
- Isotonic (9‰): In soft drinks, juices, infusions, or for athletes
- Hypotonic (1‰): For low-mineralization waters
General Recommendations
The maximum recommended intake of ocean water in European climates is 250 ml per day. Larger doses should be supervised by a doctor or therapist. Always use seawater in an isotonic solution. For beginners, start with a 10% solution and gradually increase to 25%.
Seawater can be combined with Ormus, alternating between the two (e.g., Ormus one day, seawater the next).
Storage
Store our waters in a cool place, away from direct sunlight.
