*Use organic or home grown where possible*
Ingredients - 1 serving:
- 2 handful spinach
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 cucumber
- Handful of broccoli
- 2cm ginger
- 1/2 lemon juice
- 1 apple
- 12oml water
- 1/4 teaspoon super human probiotics
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until desired consistency.
We love to start our day with a glass of hot water with lemon. Followed by this superhuman smoothie.
